Stawka VAT zgodnie z kategorią pożywienia dla zwierząt, która jest zaklasyfikowana do działów (kodów) nomenklatury scalonej (CN), wymieniona w załączniku nr 10 do ustawy o VAT. Zamawiający zamawia 1000 kg tlenku magnezu w opakowaniach (25-30 kg), loco magazyn ZD Pawłowice. Tlenek magnezu winien spełniać n/w parametry: - zawartość Mg - min. 50% - zawartość MgO - min. 80% Do każdej dostawy należy dołączyć atest jakości produktu. Zamawiający jest podatnikiem podatku rolnego i zamawiany produkt wykorzysta na potrzeby własne.
