Description
FMI ønsker at ændre garantiperioden i eksisterende rammeaftale 4600005784 med Precision Technic Defence A/S, således at garantiperioden først begynder at løbe ved montering/installation af produktet. Den 6-årige garantiperiode for så vidt angår systemfejl er ikke omfattet af ændringsforslaget og vil forblive uændret. Efter FMI's vurdering er der ikke tale om en ændring af grundlæggende elementer i eksisterende rammeaftale, idet ændringen alene medfører en for leverandøren mere byrdefuld garantiforpligtelse end rammeaftalen oprindelig hjemlede. På denne baggrund er det FMI's vurdering, at ændringen er udbudsretlig lovlig.
