Rauman kaupunki (jäljempänä myös ”tilaaja” tai ”hankintayksikkö”) pyysi tarjouksia Hilma-ilmoituskanavaan 5.12.2024 julkaistavaksi lähetetyn hankintailmoituksen, tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti tarjouskilpailussa, joka koski Rauman kaupungin sekä konserniyhtiöiden tilintarkastuspalveluiden hankintaa tilivuosille 2025 ja 2026 sekä tilaajan optioina tilivuosille 2027 ja 2028.
