Hankinnan kohteena ovat Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskuksen (STEA) avustamien Diabetesliiton järjestämien kurssien tila-, majoitus- ja ravitsemuspalvelut. Diabetesliitto järjestää kursseja diabetesta sairastaville. Kurssien kohderyhmää ovat työikäiset ja eläkkeellä olevat diabetesta sairastavat ja heidän läheisensä.
