Description
De Opdracht die met deze Aanbestedingsprocedure wordt aanbesteed betreft een Overeenkomst om tijdelijke (104 weken) kantoorhuisvesting te leveren, te plaatsen en bij einde huur te ontmantelen en terug nemen van 36 stuks kantoorunits van 6 x 3 meter = 648 m². De Opdracht omvat: Leveren en plaatsen van de tijdelijke huisvesting conform het Technisch Programma van Eisen inclusief alle bijbehorende (voorbereidings-) werkzaamheden en het aansluiten van de tijdelijke huisvesting op de bestaande nutsaansluitingen en riolering; De huur van de tijdelijke kantoorunits betreft een eerste vaste periode van 104 weken met een optionele verlenging van telkens 4 weken met een opzegtermijn van 4 weken. Ontmantelen en afvoeren van de tijdelijke huisvesting inclusief alle bijbehorende werkzaamheden (nutsvoorzieningen).
