Hankinnan kohteena on Tietoliikenneasiantuntijapalvelut seuraaviin tarjouspyynnössä määriteltyihin teknologioihin ja osa-alueisiin: 1. Aruba 2. Fortinet 3. Juniper 4. Nokia 5. Palo Alto 6. Citrix 7. Yleinen tietoliikennearkkitehtuuri 8. Tekninen projektipäällikkö Kilpailutuksen perusteella perustetaan hankintalain 42 §:n mukainen usean toimittajan puitejärjestely. Tarjoaja voi osallistua yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen 1–8. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan kohteesta, puitejärjestelyn toimintamallista, toimittajavalinnasta ja toimittajien etusijajärjestyksestä sekä tarjouksen jättämisestä on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus".
