Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Abnahme sowie Übergabe der Dokumentation (Wartungsbuch, Bedienungsanleitung, techn. Zeichnungen etc.) von einem Tieftemp.-Rastersondenmikroskop und einer Ultrahochvakuum- Präparationsanlage für Einzelspin-Elektronenspinresonanz für das Physikalische Institut (PHI) gemäß der beigefügten Technischen Spezifikation (Anlage 02).
