Description

Die IGA Metropole Ruhr 2027 gGmbH beabsichtigt die Vergabe eines umfassenden, zentral verwalteten Ticketing-, Kassen- und Zutrittskontrollsystems. Die Systemumgebung ist im Sinne eines vollständig betreuten Software-as-a-Service-Modells (SaaS) be-reitzustellen. Die IGA Metropole Ruhr 2027 gGmbH plant eine eigene Organisationsstruktur innerhalb des Ticketingsystems zu etablieren. Die Systemeinstellungen und Aufbau der Stammdaten werden durch das Team der Ticketing-Abteilung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bieter realisiert. Grundlage hierfür sind gezielte Schulungen durch den Bieter.
