Description
De VRT is van plan een overeenkomst af te sluiten voor Microsoft-licenties, inclusief subscripties en software assurance, met mogelijkheden voor de aanschaf van nieuwe licenties en cloudservices. Het contract vereist van de aanbieder een scenario voor de verlenging van het Enterprise Agreement (EA) en een Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE). Daarnaast voorziet de opdracht in een supportcontract voor zowel reactieve als proactieve ondersteuning bij calamiteiten met Microsoft-software en -diensten. De opdracht is opgedeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 richt zich op de verlenging van het Microsoft Enterprise Agreement en de selectie van een geautoriseerde Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) die deskundig advies biedt over kosteneffectieve licentieoplossingen. Perceel 2 omvat technische ondersteuning voor Microsoft-oplossingen, zowel on-site als in de cloud (M365 - Azure), volgens een specifieke Service Level Agreement (SLA), en biedt ook proactieve diensten zoals assessments en workshops. De selectieprocedure verloopt via een openbare aanbesteding om transparantie en eerlijke concurrentie te waarborgen, met als doel de beste partner voor de VRT te vinden.
