Med nærværende udbud ønskes valgt en totalrådgiver som skal udarbejde anlægs- og byggeprogram, projektere, udbyde en hovedentreprise, føre fagtilsyn m.m. i forbindelse med realiseringen af Projektet ”Thyborøn 2.0 Den Maritime Kraft, etape 2 & 3. ”.
