Description
The Hospital Innlandet Health Trust intends to enter into an agreement with Tromp Medical AS for upgrading of a CT at Gjøvik hospital. According to the contracting authority ́s assessment, the terms for exempting the procurement from the competition are fulfilled cf. The Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 letter b. no. 2.
