Description

The Norwegian Customs invites tenderers to an open tender contest with the intention of entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of lawyer services. The framework agreement for lawyer services is divided into three sub-areas (sub-contracts), where the aim is to enter into a contract with one tenderer per sub-area. As a starting point, internal lawyers are used for legal issues, but at times the agency needs consultancy, quality assurance or specialist competence within the stated sub-areas below. Participation in negotiations and meetings, as well as assistance within dispute resolution and procedure can also be relevant within the requested sub-areas. The objective of the framework agreement is, therefore, to ensure the Norwegian Customs effective access to qualitatively good lawyer services as needed, in an efficient manner and on competitive terms.
