Description
Implementation of attitude surveys for the tolling in and around Oslo. The contract includes two separate surveys for 2024 and 2025, with an option for equivalent surveys in 2026 and 2027. The contracting authority has, on behalf of PROSAM, been responsible for carrying out equivalent attitude surveys annually since 1989. Attitude surveys shall mainly be carried out in the same way as previous years, so that the results are comparable. The main aim of the procurement is to map attitudes and behavioural changes connected to different conditions at the tolling among residents in Oslo and Akershus over time.
