Description
Statsbygg wishes to implement qualifications for tenderers who may be interested in submitting tenders for a framework agreement for AV and meeting room equipment and associated services. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer who shall cover the Contracting Authority ́s need for the procurement of AV and meeting room equipment, as well as the accompanying services, for the establishment of meeting rooms and other gathering rooms in connection with the construction of the New Government Quarter construction stage 1 (BT1) and with equivalent for construction phase 2 (BT2). Furthermore, the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) and the Joint Ministries (see point 1.1.3 below), shall be able to use the framework agreement to make supplementary procurements and upgrades to the existing meeting rooms: - in existing buildings and other areas, as well as in the New Government Quarter when it is moved in and taken into use. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a further 1+1+1+1+1 year, maximum up to 7 years in total, from autumn 2023 to autumn 2030.
