Description
The employee survey in The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is carried out annually, usually at the end of January/February. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has had a very high response percentage in recent years, between 82 % and 87%. In 2025, the survey was sent out to just over 2,000 respondents. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency currently uses Rambøll as its supplier and they are responsible for the entire process - from dispatching and administration to analysing the results. The results will be presented in an insight report that will be presented to the management team. With new competence in the HR department, including HR analyst competence, Forsvarsbygg is now considering taking a greater degree of ownership of the survey.
