Description

The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a Request for Participation in tendering procedure no. T74340 for the mid-life update of four (4) Beach Armoured Recovery Vehicles (BARV). The Tender includes a maintenance contract of 10 years with an option clause for extension by 5 years. The tendering procedure will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with notice pursuant to the Dutch Defence and Security Procurement Act (ADV). All qualifying Candidates will proceed to the second stage − the negotiation stage. During this negotiation stage, you have to submit an initial Tender. You can subsequently negotiate about it with the Contracting Authority. After conclusion of the negotiation stage, you may revise your offer and then submit a final Tender. The Contracting Authority The Contracting Authority is the Materiel and IT Command of the Ministry of Defence, the Netherlands. The Materiel and IT Command ensures that military personnel have modern, robust and safe materiel and IT to work with.
