Description

Die Vergabe umfasst die Fachplanung zum Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung gemäß Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 der HOAI für die Maßnahme "Neubau eines Gebäudes für die städtische Erstaufnahme für Flüchtlinge". Zu bearbeiten sind die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 6 und 8 gemäß § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 vorgesehen. Neben den weitgehend übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.
