Ebenfalls ist die Planung einer Iinterims-Unterbrinung der Flußmeisterstelle auf einem Nachbargrundstück Teil des Planungsumfanges. Neuauslegung des Hochwasserschutzes auf HQextrem. Die Baumaßnahme soll nach Vorgabe des Bayerischen Staatsministeriums für Wohnen, Bau und Verkehr mit BASIS-BIM durchgeführt werden.
