Hanke eesmärgiks on RAS TTA koostamine, ärimudeli koostamine selle presenteerimiseks investoritele ning Eesti ja Euroopa Liidu seadusandluse kaardistamine seonduvalt litsentseerimisega. Töid tuleb teostada koostöös teiste TETRAS projekti raames TTA-sid koostavate ettevõtetega eesmärgil, et kõik TTA-d oleksid sarnase ülesehitusega ja detailsusastmega eesmärgiga need hiljem konsolideerida.
