Description

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer for project management for the project "New Sixth Form College in Harstad". The project manager shall be the builder's representative in the project. A new sixth form college shall be constructed in the centre of Harstad. Construction phase 1 includes approx. 20,000 m2 and it shall be completed for the start of the school year autumn 2028. A decision has not been made when construction stage 2, new 10,000 m2, possibly shall be implemented. The building shall be certified in accordance with BREEAM-NOR v6.1 'Very Good'. There is a minimum requirement that the offered project manager is certified BREEAM-NOR AP, and has passed the exam under the auspices of Green Building Alliance. Documentation must be given in the tender that the requirement is met. If the requirement is not met, the tenderer will be rejected
