Open tender contest in accordance with the regulations, parts I and III for the procurement of a framework agreement for consultancy services for the discipline construction manager/construction management services. The procurement concerns parallel framework agreements for typical construction management services, including financial follow-up and progress control. All properties are located in Oslo kommune. The framework agreements are planned to be signed with three -3 tenderers within the discipline, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. The framework agreements have an estimated, not binding (see further information) total value of NOK 2.0 million per annum.
