Description
Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a competition in accordance with part IV of the regulations for a contract for temporary residential offers for men and non-binary persons with known substance abuse problems to the municipality's NAV office. The competition is reserved for non-profit organisations, cf. The Public Procurement Regulations § 30-2a.
