The competition is for the delivery of temporary residential offers.  The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 30-2a. The procurement �s value is estimated to: NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
