Description
Loodava dünaamilise hankesüsteemi objektiks on erinevate uute ja kasutatud telkide (easy-up, peo- ja moodultelgid jm) ning hallide (PVC kerghallid, angaarid, varjualused jm) ostmine ja rentimine ning vajadusel nende sisustusinventar ja lisateenused. Hankeobjekti täpsem kirjeldus on toodud dokumendis "DHS menetlustingimused". Hanke eseme ostmiseks korraldatakse seotud hankeid vajaduse põhiselt ja iga konkreetse seotud hanke tingimused tuuakse välja seotud hanke alusdokumentides. Käesoleva dünaamilise hankesüsteemi alusel hangib Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus kaupu ka Moldova Kaitseministeeriumile, Moldova Vabariigi Armeele. Vahendid Moldova Vabariigile tehtavateks soetusteks tulevad Euroopa Komisjonilt (sh EPF/2022/27, EPF/2023/21 ja tulevikus sõlmitavad kokkulepped).
