Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages gemäß § 140a SGB V mit einem Auftragnehmer gem. § 140a Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 2 SGB V als Telemedizinanbieter. Dieser verpflichtet sich, den Versicherten der KKH eine qualitätsgesicherte, fachärztliche telemedizinische Videosprechstunde anzubieten, um eine zeit- und ortsunabhängige ambulante Versorgung gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
