Description
Het leveren van mobiele telefonie en data abonnementen ten behoeve van de medewerkers van het Graafschap College en de ondersteuning van de team I&I. De team I&I beheert de mobiele telefonie en data voor haar interne klanten. Alle bestellingen, wijzigingen en incidenten worden door het team afgehandeld. Voor de communicatie met de interne klanten heeft het team een centrale Servicedesk. De omvang van de opdracht is af te leiden uit 1040 mobiele gebruikers met ieder een individueel mobiel nummer of een data-only abonnement en de omvang van de afgelopen jaren.
