Description
Opdrachtgever wil de telefonie voor zowel KCC als de kantooromgeving als geheel aanbesteden. De totale oplossing bestaat uit mobiele telefonie (ongeveer 2100 (beschikbare nrs in nr.blokken) mobiele spraak/data abonnementen), vaste telefonie (connectiviteit) en een bereikbaarheidsfunctionaliteit (voor ongeveer 1500 medewerkers) die als één geheel functioneert. De oplossing dient als clouddienst te worden aangeboden. De totale oplossing wordt uitgevraagd inclusief projectmanagement voor implementatie en een SLA voor service / beheer gedurende de totale looptijd van het contract. Voor 1500 medewerkers
