Description
Das Projekt Sanierung der CD-Kaserne als Zentrum für Jungend-, Sport- und Kulturarbeit in Celle verfolgt das Ziel, den historischen Hallenkomplex energetisch zu modernisieren und barrierefrei zu gestalten. Mit einem Budget von 3,5 Millionen Euro werden nachhaltige Wärmepumpensysteme und Photovoltaikanlagen installiert sowie Foyer und Halle 16 umfassend saniert. Gleichzeitig wird die Barrierefreiheit deutlich verbessert, um den Zugang und die Nutzung für alle zu gewährleisten. Ausschreibungsgegenstand sind die Planungsleistungen.
