Teenuse eesmärk on tagada Lepingus toodud Kinnisvaraobjektil süsteemide ja tarindite pikaealisus läbi ennetusliku hoolduse, operatiivse mittevastavuste kõrvaldamise ning Kinnisvaraobjekti üürniku rahulolu kogu Lepingu perioodil. Teenuse tulemusena on tagatud kõikide kehtivate õigusaktide täitmine ning Kinnisvaraobjekti ohutus.
