Predmet nabave je usluga tehničke pomoći Upravljačkom tijelu za Program Konkurentnost i kohezija 2021.-2027. i Integrirani teritorijalni program 2021.-2027. sukladno uvjetima navedenima u Opisu poslova i Troškovniku. Detaljan opis usluga, predviđene količine i ostali uvjeti navedeni su u ovoj dokumentaciji o nabavi, Opisu poslova i Troškovniku koji je sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi priložen u EOJN RH kao zasebni dokument. Odabrani ponuditelj obvezan je predmet nabave izvršavati prema potrebama Naručitelja, a na temelju pisanog Zahtjeva Naručitelja. Uredno izvršavanje predmeta nabave se potvrđuje izvješćem, ovjerenim od strane Naručitelja i odabranog ponuditelja.
