Description
Deze aanbesteding heeft tot doel het selecteren van een aanbieder voor technische materialen met de Beste Prijs-Kwaliteit Verhouding, witgoed en sanitair zoals beschreven in dit document en bijlagen. Er zal een raamovereenkomst worden aangegaan voor een periode van vier jaar. Vanwege de breedte van het assortiment valt niet nauwkeurig af te bakenen wat wel en niet tot de opdracht behoort. Rechtspraak heeft onder andere een raamovereenkomst voor kantoorartikelen en een raamovereenkomst voor levering van randapparatuur voor computers. De Rechtspraak verplicht zich dan ook niet om alle in het assortiment opgenomen artikelen te bestellen bij de inschrijver, anders dan het in bijlage 2 opgenomen assortiment.
