Description
De Opdracht betreft één Technisch informatiebeheersysteem dat als SaaS wordt geleverd ten behoeve van: Inrichten en werken aan projectdossiers inzake vastgoed. Archiveren van alle vastgoedinformatie gebruikmakend van metadata. Ontsluiten van documenten, ter informatie of ter revisie. Onderdeel van de opdracht is een pagina met snelkoppeling (tegels) voor het eenvoudig vinden van data en/of metadata door gebruikers. Reserveringssysteem voor blokkeren, rappelleren en innemen van documenten. Gebruik door ca. 600 interne en externe gebruikers. Autorisatiebeheer. De aanverwante dienstverlening betreft diensten tijdens de implementatie, het beheer en het onderhoud van de SaaS oplossing voor Technisch informatiebeheer.
