Zadkine wil ondersteund worden bij het opstellen van bouwkundige bestekken. Daarvoor zoekt Zadkine een partij die op een breed vlak technisch advies kan leveren en een bijdrage kan leveren aan het opstellen van aanbestedingsleidraden en de beoordeling van inschrijvingen. Omvang is onbekend en al de komende jaren afhankelijk zijn van de huisvestingsvisie.
