Het betreft: 1. de centrale verwarming en de sanitair warmwaterinstallatie 2. de regenwaterrecuperatie-installatie. De opdracht bestaat uit preventief onderhoud, correctief onderhoud en totale waarborg met open boekhouding en heeft een looptijd van 10 jaar.
