Predmetom zákazky je dodávka technického systému za účelom automatickej kontroly vjazdov vozidiel do pešej zóny hlavného mesta a zvýšenie plynulosti prejazdov oprávnených vozidiel na základe automatického rozpoznávania ich evidenčných čísel. Systém má obojstrannou komunikáciou s informačným systémom pre automatizáciu vydávania povolení na vjazd do pešej zóny umožňovať vstup a výstup oprávnených vozidiel. Systém má byť plne automatizovaný a autonómny a za bežnej prevádzky musí plniť funkciu bez potreby ľudského zásahu.
