Description
The TA assignment has the objective to assist the Promoter in the preparation of the EIB funding allocation requests for each EIB funded scheme of the Project by conducting a critical review of the Promoter’s project support documentation against the Bank’s policies and standards in five specific fields, and in case of identified gaps advise / assist the Promoter in the preparation of the necessary additional support documentation. The TA is also to provide capacity building linked to specific fields/expertise.
