Description
Obiectul procedurii de achizitie sectoriale il reprezinta achizitia produselor de ,,Teavă din polietilenă PE 100 SDR 11”, utilizata la realizarea rețelelor de distributie a gazelor naturale pentru lucrările de investiție. Acestea se vor utiliza la executarea conductelor, bransamentelor si instalatiilor de utilizare montate subteran si vor respecta cu stricteţe prevederile standardelor SR EN 1555-1:2021 şi SR EN 1555-2:2021. Clarificarile sau informatiile suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire vor fi transmise cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea 99/ 2016. EC va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit
