Description

Le projet « Opérationnalisation de la Filière Semencière au Tchad - PROFISEM » a pour objectif global de rendre fonctionnel et autonome le secteur semencier, en le rendant apte à répondre efficacement aux besoins des producteurs agricoles et du marché. Le projet PROFISEM intervient dans les zones de concentration des actions de la Coopération suisse au Tchad, à savoir les provinces du Batha et du Wadi Fira (zone sahélienne), du Mandoul, du Moyen-Chari et du Logone oriental (zone soudanienne). Par le présent appel d’offres, la DDC cherche à recruter une structure (ONG, bureau d’étude…) compétente dans le domaine de l’agriculture, du renforcement des capacités des structures publiques et de la gestion de projet pour la mise en œuvre de la troisième et dernière phase du projet PROFISEM de 42 mois maximum (01.05.2025 – 31.10.2028).
