NS wenst door middel van deze Europese aanbesteding één landelijke partij te contracteren als regisseur en uitvoerder voor taxidiensten voor gepland en ongepland taxivervoer van eigen (NS) personeel en reizigers. Tevens wordt gevraagd een online bestelapplicatie (inclusief koppelingen) te leveren waarin taxiritten kunnen worden besteld.
