Deze aanbesteding heeft als beoogd resultaat dat de SED gemeenten op een efficiënte en effectieve wijze kunnen voldoen aan hun verplichting inzake de uitvoering van de jaarlijkse herwaardering van de woningen en niet-woningen en de uitvoering van processen in het kader van de wet WOZ, met als hoofddoelstellingen: • Taxaties die voldoen aan de Wet WOZ; • Taxaties die voldoen aan de voorschriften van de Waarderingskamer; • Een beperkt aantal bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures; • Adequate registratie.
