Description
De Aanbestedende Dienst zoekt Ondernemers die de komende jaren voor meer dan 34.000, grotendeels homogene, objecten de grondwaarde gaan bepalen. De Aanbestedende Dienst zoekt hierbij partners die in een gestructureerd proces en met voldoende afstemming met de Aanbestedende Dienst de taxatieopdracht uitvoeren en opleveren. De aanbesteding van deze grootschalige taxatieopdracht omvat verschillende percelen gesplitst op basis van functie, met een focus op wonen. Partijen kunnen zelfstandig maar ook samen met meerdere taxatiebureaus inschrijven.
