Description
Provision of comprehensive tax services in the area of international tax, transfer pricing and cus-toms regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provisions of these services will be rendered on matters and transactions that affect the EliaGroup or its Group com-panies respectively. Provision of comprehensive tax services and tax structuring set-ups with national focus in Germany. Provision of comprehensive corporate income tax services, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory support. The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring Elia's adherence to all relevant tax regulations, optimizing tax positions, and managing tax risks primarily across Bel-gium and other jurisdictions where we operate. Provision of comprehensive indirect tax services, covering VAT, energy taxes, and other miscellaneous taxes, along with advanced tax technology solutions for Belgium. The chosen firm will ensure regulatory compliance, streamline tax processes, and enhance reporting efficiency through the implementation of innovative tax technology systems. Provision of comprehensive tax services and tax structuring set-ups with national focus in Belgium.
