Description

Hanke esemeks on taristu tööde ja sündmuste halduse infosüsteem (inglise keeles: Field Service Management), mis hõlmab AS Eesti Raudtee taristu hooldus-, juhtumite- ja intsidentide halduse protsesse. Hanke ese hõlmab nii tarkvara litsentse ning töid (juurutust ja seadistust/arendust ning tugi- ja hooldusteenuseid). Hanke ese on täpsemalt kirjeldatud HD Lisas 1. Raamleping sõlmitakse kolmeks aastaks (36 kuud).
