Tapa linnaku teede projekteerimise ja ehitustööde omanikujärelevalve teostamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1). Järelevalve lepingu täitmise kavandatav aeg alates lepingu sõlmimisest (eeldatavalt märtsi keskpaik 2025) ja kestuse periood prognoositud kuni juuni lõpp 2025 + 3 aastat garantiiperiood.
