Hankinnan kohteena on Tanssin talon siivouspalvelut. Tilaajan tavoitteena on hankkia laadukas, ympäristöystävällinen ja sosiaalisesti vastuullinen siivouspalvelu. Palveluntuottajalta toivomme joustavuutta kausittain vaihtelevista siivoustarpeista johtuen. Ylläpitosiivouksen lisäksi Tilaaja voi tilata myös muita siivouspalveluita Palveluntuottajan kanssa sovittavina ajankohtina.
Award criteria
- Price — Vertailuhinta lasketaan tarjouslomakkeella esitettyjen hintojen perusteella. Pisteet vertailuhinnalle lasketaan seuraavasti: = 80 *( edullisin vertailuhinta/tarjoajan vertailuhinta)
- Quality — Laatukriteerien pisteet lasketaan yhteen. Jos kriteerit täyttyvät samanlaisina, on mahdollista, että tarjoajille tulee sama pistemäärä. Korkein laatupistemäärä on 20.
