Dette udbud angik tildeling af flere rammeaftaler på levering af forskellige typer af brændstof i Danmark. Aftalen var delt op i flere forskellige delaftaler alt efter brændstoftype samt, hvor i landet brændstoffet skulle leveres. Denne bekendtgørelse omhandler udelukkende "Delaftale 4 – F-35 – Kun til Bornholm". Der er allerede udsendt bekendtgørelser om indgåede kontrakter på de andre delaftaler.
