Bij de Europese aanbestedingsprocedure Tanklichtercapaciteit die Defensie eerder dit jaar publiceerde via Mercell en TenderNed (nr. 454237, PSBnr. 123294-2024) heeft Defensie geen inschrijvingen ontvangen. Deze aanbesteding hebben wij vervolgens stopgezet en zijn daarna overgestapt op de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking. De uitkomst van deze onderhandelingsprocedure is dat wij een akkoord hebben bereikt met Finco Marine Energies B.V.
