Tampereen Infra Oy:n ja Tampereen Vesi Oy:n rakennushankkeilla tarvitsemat CE-merkityt kiviainestuotteet, jotka Tilaaja noutaa kiviainestoimittajalta. Osa-tarjoukset on sallittu, tarkemmat ohjeet kerrottu hintaliitteessä (liite 1). Hankinnasta tehdään yksi päätös ja yksi sopimus, jossa on kaksi tilaajaa: Tampereen lnfra Oy (3022425–9) sekä Tampereen Vesi Oy (3381716-4).
