Hankinnan kohteena on Siilinjärven Kotipolku Oy:n ja Siilinjärven Asumisoikeus Oy:n omistamien kohteiden talvikunnossapitotyöt oheisten tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti talvikausille 2025-2026, 2026-2027 ja 2027-2028. Työn tarkempi kuvaus ilmenee tarjouspyynnön liitteistä. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen osa-alueeseen, tarjouksen voi jättää yhteen tai useampaan alueeseen. Hankinnassa valitaan kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisin tarjous kuhunkin osa-alueeseen.
