Lepingu esemeks on rannavalve teenuse osutamine Tallinna viies üldkasutatavas supelrannas suvehooajal ajavahemikul 01. juuni - 31. august aastatel 2025–2026 (Pirita supluskohas, Pelgurand/Stroomi supluskohas, Harku supluskohas (kaasa arvatud väliujula), Kakumäe supluskohas ja Pikakari supluskohas).
